our initial room had clear signs of neglect. The air conditioner was barely functional, causing discomfort during our stay, especially for our little ones. Also, the hotel staff seemed overly strict, pasting rules without a sense of courtesy, which soured what should have been a relaxing vacation.

We had an amazing stay in the Standard Twin Room with Sofa Bed. The beach access from the hotel made it super easy for my family to enjoy the ocean view right from our room. Plus, the onsen was spacious and provided fine scenery while relaxing after a fun-filled day.

Additionally, some room corners had a noticeable layer of dust. For the price, I expected better cleanliness. Overall, the hotel's amenities are nice, but the dining options and room maintenance need serious attention.

I found dead cockroaches on the balcony, and the stench in the hallways reminded me of a less-than-pleasant galactic dive. The dining options were severely limited and overpriced. breakfast cost almost as much as a starship fuel refill, yet the food quality felt like it had been drifting through hyperspace for too long. The pool was closed without any reason, and I definitely wouldn’t want to linger around the moldy bathroom.
